Negotiating Your Best Deal: Executive Compensation Strategies for Success | Sharon Segev
Location TBD
As a leader, you’re a master negotiator—except when it comes to your own compensation. Why do so many leaders settle for less than they deserve? Because negotiating for yourself is different. It’s personal, nuanced, and requires a strategic approach that balances soul searching, market data, company data, leverage, and timing.
In this power-packed session, you'll learn the critical frameworks and tactical insights to confidently negotiate your next job offer, promotion, or compensation package improvement. From salary, equity, and bonuses to severance, benefits, and perks, we’ll explore the full range of negotiable terms and how to optimize them to reflect your true value.
Led by an experienced negotiator who has advised senior executives, CEOs, and boards, this session will provide actionable takeaways. Don’t leave money—or opportunity—on the table. Join us and take control of your financial future.
